With this compact and intensive introductory training you become conscious of what others actually show in their face and how you can come across with others. You receive practical tips to improve your communications.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SHARP INSIGHT AND ACCURATE ACTIONS
You will get insight in unconscious nonverbal communication and its psychological meaning and influence in interactions. You learn a tailor-made approach to the behaviors and needs of others. In 3 days you will be able to look at others in a more objective manner, recognize your own nonverbal impact and act upon that. With better results as a consequence. You learn to anticipate and manage interactions, also between others, by specific process management and interventions. For example in teamwork, decision making or conflicts. Online Exercise Afternoons help you to maintain and sharpen your analytic skills.
SELF-INSIGHT AND PERSONAL INFLUENCE
You will learn what your contribution is in interaction with others through an expert analysis of your nonverbal impact. You will work on your personal effectiveness and communication skills in this intensive training by attending role-play sessions with highly experienced actors. You can deepen and maintain your personal effectiveness through Bootcamp days.
EFFECTIVE PROCESS-MANAGEMENT
A masterclass training for who wants to bridge controversies and problems between individuals or parties in a business setting. F.e. in negotiations or decision-making processes. MASTER NONVERBAL STRATEGY ANALYSIS
As Master Nonverbal Strategy Analysis you are eligible to become a license holder of the INSA Method. You may offer your own trainings, team analyses and consultancy services to your customers using the INSA Method and the INSA quality assurance. First you follow the trainings Sharp Insight and Accurate Actions and Self-Insight and Personal Influence. Your theoretical knowledge and insight will be tested by writing a paper and your analytic skills will be tested in an exam.
