Working on your personal effectiveness

After participating in the personal effectiveness training Self-Insight and Personal Influence you will be able to refresh and deepen your skills during this follow-up day. Repetition enhances your competence in acquiring new insights and skills.

The day consists of simulation exercises (partially with an actor), followed by discussions on effective approach and interventions.  

In preparation you receive a form to bring in your specific learning goals and a practical case that is relevant for your professional context, to be used in the simulation.
