Fully mastering the INSA Method
With this course you can acquire the certificate of Master Nonverbal Strategy Analysis. With this certificate you are eligible to become a license holder and apply the INSA Method commercially with the INSA quality safeguards. You are also eligible to participate in the activities of INSA itself. The course is modular and you can follow it with your own speed and planning: you start with the trainings mentioned below.
What will you learn?
- Insight in the meaning of nonverbal communication for the behavioral repertoire you can expect people to show.
- Insight in your own nonverbal presentation and the impact it generates with others.
- You learn to let go of your judgments and observe more objectively.
- Quick and deep insight in team dynamics. Insight in specific points of interest for team development given the team goals and context.
- The ability to integrate nonverbal strategy analysis on to your own professional know-how and use it as an effective instrument (in f.e. job selection, conflict prevention and resolution, negotiation, managing teams, personal coaching, consulting, communication training and personal effectiveness training).
Observational skills and professional ethics
The INSA-method requires the ability to observe both meticulously and quickly. The quality of the analysis determines whether the application for the customer is correct, useful and accepted. This concept requires both a high skill level and strong professional ethics.
In the program described below we aim to create safeguards for this purpose, f.e. by an intake interview before the final phase of the course about your ambitions and learning process. Quality will always be our primary consideration.
Knowledge and insight
In the training Sharp Insight and Accurate Action you will acquire knowledge and insight into the INSA Method. With this training you also learn the basic skills to be able to apply the method. Your analytic skills will be sharpened by monthly Exercise Afternoons. Apart from the 2 Exercise Afternoons included in the training mentioned before you will have to attend at least 3 extra.
Self-insight and interaction skills
Of course, general skills are also important to be able to use the INSA concept effectively in one’s own professional domain. When you use the INSA method, you have to be able to provide your clients with adequate nonverbal strategy analyses, training and coaching skills. You must be able to reflect on your own strategies before you coach or train others. The quality of the execution of the INSA-method is very important, given the potentially high impact on people. The training Self Insight and Personal Influence provides you with a sound basis. Also, individual coaching by one of our INSA coaches might be necessary or a voluntary option during the course
Certification and license
To test your mastery of the theory we require a paper in which you link the INSA Method to literature (3 books) and with a subject of your choice. To test your analytic al skills and your ability to link the analysis to (interaction-) behavior you will participate in an exam. Paper and exam may be done in any sequence.
Upon receiving the Master Certificate you are eligible to sign a license agreement with INSA. To maintain the license you are required to attend the yearly License Holders Day, to stay current on new developments. INSA will always provide you with the most recent version of the training materials and keep you updated on any relevant developments. You are also required to attend at least two Exercise Afternoons to maintain your analytical skills.
Cost and course time involved
The Master course costs € 5300,00 excl. VAT. The time required to conclude the course is variable, depending on the moments you participate in the trainings and Exercise Afternoons and depending on your own planning.
